Rate: $550 /night plus tax*
High Season Rate: (Dec. 15th through Jan. 5th) $650 /night plus tax*
High Season Min. Stay: 14 nights
Cleaning Fee: $375
*Tax = 14.42% (4.166% GET & 13.25% TAT – Transient Accommodation Tax)

**Fabulous update!!  The House is now fully air-conditioned. One a/c unit per bedroom and one a/c unit in the living/dining/kitchen. **

Menehune Cottage

We’re happy to advise that the cottage will be returning to short term rental in summer 2022.  Reach out to us if you’re planning to visit in mid to late 2022.  

Payment options: credit cards (VISA or MC only) (credit card transaction fee of 3% will be applied), personal checks in US dollars or wire transfer. 

Cancellation Policy:  No Refunds

Purchasing a trip cancellation policy is highly recommended (CSA – _ Travelguard).  No refund for late arrival, early departure or unused nights.

Check in and Check out times: 3pm HST or later and 10am HST or earlier.

Quiet Hours:  We kindly ask our guests to respect Maui County’s strict curfew regarding noise, amplified music and sound from 9pm to 8am daily.  The property is located in a residential area and all our neighbors deserve respect to enjoy peace and quiet during the the night.  We would like to stress that voices and other noise carry especially when you are outside on the lanais.  Therefore please be considerate of our neighbors and keep all noise appropriately controlled to comply with Maui County regulations.  This is a small community and we all need to understand and be respectful of each other.
